1.回顾 中国金属学会的全国平炉炼钢学术年会,从1980年4月第一届在鞍山召开以来,一般是两年左右召开一次,基本上是在各平炉炼钢厂召开的。第一届年会到会代表40余人,论文20多篇。当时冶金界正处于拆平炉改转炉的讨论之中,因此参加年会的代表不多,会议的学术空气不浓。第二届年会于1981年12月在重钢召开,到会代表60余人,论文30多篇。那届年会就我国平炉在相当长的时期内仍应发挥作用的问题开展了有益的讨论,并对我国平炉采用科夫法即
