为建立米糠油脂肪酸的快速定性及定量方法,设计开发出适合米糠油脂肪酸比例及常规掺伪米糠油脂肪酸比例的标样,用面积外标法、内标法及归一法分别对已知浓度试样进行定量分析。米糠油9种脂肪酸均分离良好,分离度均大于1.5,检出限为0.9~1.60μg/mL之间,内标法重现性和精密度最好,相对标准偏差(RSD)最低,为0.881 3%,适合不同操作者或不同设备的分析。外标法相对误差最小,平均为0.704 7%,其次为归一法0.763 5%,最大为内标法1.315%。本试验条件及标样浓度下三种方法均可作为米糠油脂肪酸测定的推广方法。外标法最为简单、准确,适合少量样品精确计算,归一法,准确简捷,适合大批量样品的定量。
In order to establish a rapid qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of rice bran oil fatty acids, a standard sample suitable for the ratio of rice bran oil fatty acids and the proportion of conventional rice bran oil fatty acids was designed and developed.
