科技向贫困地区转移的关键是选准科技与生产的结合点(选准当地的支柱产业、把住各个生产环节的技术关)。农科教结合是其必由之路(要以“优质、高产、高效”为目标确定科技扶贫项目,以因地制宜为原则选择实用技术,必须为科技到位创造条件)。实现科技商品化,科技通过市场流通应成为科技向贫困地区转移的主渠道。
