目的:评估红外线光谱检测龈沟液内牙周炎分子标志物的可行性。方法:获取牙周炎(n=129)、牙龈炎(n=125)和健康组织区(n=135)共389个区域的龈沟液样本的红外线光谱,使用多变量的统计学线性分析方法,对龈沟液吸收光谱的炎性指数定性评估。结果:通过红外光谱分析牙周炎组、牙龈炎组、健康组龈沟液中的4种分子标志物(酰胺酪氨酸I和酰胺酪氨酸II,DNA中的磷酸二酯基团的对称性的和非对称性的PO2-),可以准确地区分健康的和病变的牙周组织。LDA法推算红外线光谱在牙周炎诊断的准确率测试组为98.4%,验证组为93.2%。结论:红外线光谱可以应用于龈沟液中特定的炎性标志物的评估,有利于临床上对牙周组织炎症的诊断。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the feasibility of infrared spectroscopy in the detection of periodontitis molecular markers in gingival crevicular fluid. METHODS: Infrared spectra of gingival crevicular fluid samples from 389 areas of periodontitis (n = 129), gingivitis (n = 125) and healthy tissue area (n = 135) were obtained and analyzed using a multivariate statistical linear analysis , A qualitative assessment of the inflammatory index of the absorption spectra of gingival crevicular fluid. Results: Four kinds of molecular markers (amide tyrosine I and amide tyrosine II) in the periodontitis group, gingivitis group and healthy group were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The symmetry of phosphodiester group in DNA Sexual and Asymmetric PO2-), can accurately distinguish between healthy and diseased periodontal tissue. LDA method estimated the accuracy of infrared spectroscopy in the diagnosis of periodontitis test group was 98.4%, the test group was 93.2%. Conclusion: Infrared spectroscopy can be applied to the evaluation of specific inflammatory markers in gingival crevicular fluid and is beneficial to the clinical diagnosis of periodontal inflammation.
