在项目的团队开发中,如果有新手或者有不了解项目的人员加入,刚开始开发的软件有可能不能使用,甚至对整个项目起反作用,比如与新人沟通时会很费劲,也需要更多时间,这就耽误了开发,为了解决该问题该文提出了一套简捷开发原则和方法。
