目的 通过对胃腺癌演化系列胃粘膜中Bcl 2、Bax、P2 1 WAF1、P16 MTS1蛋白的检测 ,探讨胃腺癌发生的机制及四种蛋白表达与胃腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法 1、利用免疫组化S P法检测胃癌演化系列胃粘膜中Bcl 2、Bax、P2 1 WAF1、P16 MTS1蛋白的表达 ;2、利用SPSS统计软件包作统计学分析处理。结果 在CSG、CAG、IM系列胃粘膜中Bax、Bcl 2表达先高后低 ,而P16 MTS1、P2 1 WAF1表达先低后高 ,(P <0 .0 5 )。高分化胃腺癌中Bcl 2、Bax、P2 1 WAF1、P16 MTS1表达较低分化者高 ;P16 MTS1表达在非贲门癌中比贲门癌中高 ,P2 1 WAF1表达在有淋巴结转移的胃腺癌中较低 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 Bax、Bcl 2的高表达及P2 1 WAF1、P16 MTS1的表达受抑可能参与胃腺癌发生 ;四种蛋白异常表达均与胃腺癌分化呈正相关 ;P16 MTS1、P2 1 WAF1的表达异常与胃腺癌的发生部位及淋巴结转移相关。
Objective To explore the mechanism of gastric adenocarcinoma and the relationship between the expression of four proteins and the biological behavior of gastric adenocarcinoma through the detection of Bcl-2, Bax, P2 1 WAF1 and P16 MTS1 proteins in the gastric mucosa of the evolutionary series of gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods 1. Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of Bcl 2, Bax, P 2 1 WAF1 and P16 MTS1 proteins in the gastric mucosa of gastric cancer evolution series. 2. SPSS statistical software package was used for statistical analysis. Results Expressions of Bax and Bcl 2 in the gastric mucosa of CSG, CAG and IM were high and low first, while expression of P16 MTS1 and P2 1 WAF1 was low and high first (P < 0.05). In well-differentiated gastric adenocarcinomas, Bcl-2, Bax, P21WF1, and P16 MTS1 expressions were higher in the poorly differentiated group; P16 MTS1 expression was higher in non-cardia cancers than in cardiac cancers, and P21WF1 expression was lower in gastric adenocarcinomas with lymph node metastases. (P<0.05). Conclusion The high expression of Bax and Bcl 2 and the suppression of P21WF1 and P16 MTS1 may be involved in the occurrence of gastric adenocarcinoma; the abnormal expression of four proteins is positively correlated with the differentiation of gastric adenocarcinoma; abnormal expression of P16 MTS1, P21WAF1 and gastric adenocarcinoma The site of occurrence and lymph node metastasis.
