Mr. Luo Yungui’s theoretical innovation monograph “macroeconomic regulation and control theory --- to solve the problem of monetary problems in various countries,” has been published by the Guangxi Nationalities Publishing House. Below, I comment on this work in the form of recommendations and discussions. First, to provide a theoretical basis for a new macro-control strategy I think, the book’s main academic value lies in a new macro-control operation
