近年来,随着国家和政府对大学生创业工作的日益重视,创业带动就业已成为全社会的共识,政府越来越重视大学生创业,陆续出台了一系列大学生创业促进政策,也产生了良好效果。各高职院校也陆续开设了创业课程、创业培训等,条件具备的院校还改建了大学生创业园,专供学生开展创业实践。基于无锡商业职业技术学院大学生创业企业的调查分析,结合大学生创业过程息息相关的政府、高校、社会等实际情况,通过对大学生创业生存环境进行全面调查,从中总结出高职院校大学生创业的经验和教训,提出高职院校大学生自主创业应对策略,以期为高职院校大学生创业教育工作提供有益的借鉴。
In recent years, as the state and the government attach more importance to the pioneering work of college students, entrepreneurship-driven employment has become the consensus of the entire society. The government attaches more and more importance to the undertaking of college students and has successively promulgated a series of policy to promote entrepreneurship among college students and has also produced good results. Based on the investigation and analysis of college students’ undertaking enterprises in Wuxi Commercial College, combined with the actual situation of universities, colleges and social institutions, which are closely related to college students’ entrepreneurial process, this paper summarizes the experience of undertaking college students’ Lessons learned, put forward the strategy of self-employment of college students in vocational colleges, in order to provide useful lessons for entrepreneurship education of college students in higher vocational colleges.
