加强新形势下医院思想政治工作,对促进医院发展与建设具有重要的现实意义。如何做到将思想政治工作深入人心,找准思想政治工作的切入点,对加强新形势下的医院思想政治工作,促进医院全面发展具有十分重要的意义。当前医院职工思想上面临的主要问题是价值取向偏移,职业倦怠感增加,医务人员本身精神健康状况不断下降,医院职工思想教育面临新的问题。解决医院职工思想问题的对策和建议是:以社会主义核心价值体系为基础,着力解决当前价值观背离问题;典型带动创先争优,提升医院人员自我价值感;建立医务人员心理疏导体系;切实把思想工作落到实处等。做好思想教育工作必须与为职工办实事好事相结合,必须与抓基层党组织建设相结合,必须从提高思想认识入手,必须以创建百姓放心医院活动为基础,必须以调动医务人员科研兴趣为切入点。
