目的:了解海南地区女性人群高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)的感染率和亚型分布情况。方法:采用导流杂交基因芯片技术,对妇科门诊14 335例就诊者的宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV分型检测,并分析检测结果。结果:本地区女性HR-HPV感染率31.36%;由高到低排列依次为52型(22.75%)、16型(20.82%)、58型(15.01%)、18型(7.59%)、33型(6.49%)、68型(5.75%)、31型(5.18%)、39型(3.49%)、56型(3.12%)、66型(2.67%)、59型(2.56%)、35和51型分别(1.75%)、45型(1.07%);在各年龄段之间,HPV感染率不同,差异有统计学意义;以单一亚型感染为主,占84.61%;三种以上的多重感染在<30岁和>50岁年龄段与31~50岁年龄段之间存在差异,有统计学意义。结论:本地区高危型HPV感染率处于较高水平;占半数以上的前三位亚型依次是52、16、58型;随着年龄的增大,HPV感染率有增加的趋势;三种亚型以上的多重感染为<30岁和>50岁年龄段者居多。
Objective: To investigate the prevalence and subtype distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) in female population in Hainan. Methods: HPV typed detection of cervical exfoliated cells from 14 335 outpatients in gynecology clinic was performed by using flow-through hybridization gene chip technique, and the test results were analyzed. Results: The prevalence of HR-HPV infection in women was 31.36% in this region. Among them, 52 (22.75%), 16 (20.82%), 58 (15.01%), 18 (7.59% (6.49%), 68 (5.75%), 31 (5.18%), 39 (3.49%), 56 (3.12%), 66 (2.67%), 59 (2.56%), 35 and 51 (1.75%) and 45 (1.07%) respectively. The prevalence of HPV infection was significantly different among all age groups. The prevalence was 84.61%, with more than three infections There was a significant difference between the age of <30 and> 50 and the age of 31 to 50. Conclusion: The prevalence of high-risk HPV in this area is at a high level. The first three subtypes, accounting for more than half of them, are in sequence of type 52, 16, and 58. As the age increases, the prevalence of HPV infection tends to increase. Multiple infections of type <30 years and> 50 years of age are mostly.
