VC—406A化纤纺丝机中的保温箱,是双“∏”形组成的箱形结构,材料为20g,板厚8 mm(图一)。工作压力4kg/cm~2,工作温度300℃,要求气密。原来采用埋弧自动焊工艺,为防止烧穿,反面需装4×30永久性钢衬垫。由于结构的限制,钢衬垫只能单边固定,而焊接时受热变形,使钢衬垫脱离接缝,往往容易出现烧穿。为避免烧穿,只得采用较小的焊接电流,结果又不能保证熔深。
VC-406A chemical fiber spinning machine in the incubator, is a double “Π” -shaped box-shaped structure, the material is 20g, thickness 8 mm (Figure 1). Working pressure 4kg / cm ~ 2, working temperature 300 ℃, required airtight. The original submerged arc welding process, in order to prevent burn through, the reverse need to install 4 × 30 permanent steel liner. Due to the structural limitations, the steel liner can only be unilaterally fixed, while the welding heat deformation, the steel liner off the seam, often prone to burn through. In order to avoid burn-through, have to use a smaller welding current, the result can not guarantee penetration.
