本文采用骤冷法制备的Ni-P,Ni-Y-P非晶态合金作为苯乙烯加氢反应的催化剂。活性测试的结果表明,Ni-Y-P非晶态合金加氢活性优于Ni-P非晶态合金。TPR和XPS研究结果表明,Ni-P非晶态合金经氧化后,表面氧化物分两步还原,氧化态镍于240℃被还原,表面Ni-P-O物种于480℃被还原。Ni-P-O表面物种与活性中心有关,添加少量Y(钇),有稳定表面活性中心的作用。XPS结果表明,反应12小时后,Ni-P非晶态合金表面Ni与P氧化态已基本消失,而NiY-P表面P氧化态相对含量仍有7%。
In this paper, Ni-P, Ni-Y-P amorphous alloy prepared by quenching method was used as catalyst for hydrogenation of styrene. The results of the activity test show that the Ni-Y-P amorphous alloy has better hydrogenation activity than the Ni-P amorphous alloy. The results of TPR and XPS show that the surface oxides are reduced in two steps after the oxidation of Ni-P amorphous alloy. The oxidation state Ni is reduced at 240 ℃ and the surface Ni-P-O species is reduced at 480 ℃. Ni-P-O surface species and active centers, add a small amount of Y (yttrium), a stable surface active center role. XPS results showed that the Ni and P oxidation state of Ni-P amorphous alloy surface disappeared after 12 hours reaction, while the relative oxidation state of P on NiY-P surface remained about 7%.
