加强环境保护、促进节能减排是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求,是维护人民群众环境权益、增强可持续发展能力的迫切需要,诸多乡镇污水处理厂也由此应运而生。通过对如东县污水处理情况的调查,笔者认为,要保障乡镇污水处理工作的顺利推进,健全乡镇污水处理价格机制已成为当务之急。
To strengthen environmental protection and promote energy conservation and emission reduction is an objective requirement for implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society. It is an urgent need to safeguard people’s environmental rights and enhance their capacity for sustainable development. Many township sewage treatment plants have also emerged as a result . Through the investigation of the situation of sewage treatment in Rudong, I believe that to ensure the smooth progress of township sewage treatment, improve the price mechanism of township sewage treatment has become a top priority.
