通过X-射线衍射分析方法,对M2钢的软氮化渗层中铁素体相的衍射峰积分强度随渗层深度的变化规律进行分析,发现其软氮化渗层中氮碳化合物总含量与铁素体相衍射峰积分强度呈负相关性,提出了一种宏观测定渗层氮碳化合物总体积相对百分含量的方法。依此方法测算了M2钢的软氮化渗层的氮碳化合物相对体积百分比的分布曲线。
By X-ray diffraction analysis, the integral intensity of the diffraction peak of the ferrite phase in the nitrocarburized layer of M2 steel was analyzed with the variation of the depth of the infiltrated layer. It was found that the total content of nitrided carbonitride The integral intensity of the ferrite phase diffraction peak was negatively correlated, and a macroscopic method for determining the relative percentage of the total volume of nitrided carbides in the layer was proposed.
