在现代中小学教学中,官方知识、个体知识与地方性知识三者间经常处于价值与意义选择的矛盾之中,借以知识管理学视角,这种矛盾状态可以理解为知识冲突。具体表现为知识价值的认知冲突、知识适当的选择冲突与知识教授的权威冲突,而根源于以知识为内容的课程、以知识为中心的教学、以知识为标准的评价为代表的现代中小学教学过程。消解此种知识冲突现状,就在于实现传统教育观与现代教育观间的融合,走向一条和合之路。
In modern primary and middle school teaching, official knowledge, individual knowledge and local knowledge are often in the contradiction between the choice of value and meaning. From the perspective of knowledge management, this paradox can be interpreted as knowledge conflict. The concrete manifestation is the cognitive conflict of knowledge value, the conflict between the right choice of knowledge and the authoritative conflict of knowledge professor, but from the course of knowledge-based curriculum, knowledge-centered teaching, knowledge-based evaluation Primary school teaching process.
