奚志农履历·1983年,他经中国著名鸟类学家傅桐生教授引荐,参加了科教片《鸟儿的乐园》的拍摄,并确立了用镜头去记录野生鸟类的志向。·1989年至1990年,在昆明教育电视台工作期间.拍摄了《母亲河在呼唤》、《心声》等有关环境保护的专题片,唤起了人们对生存环境的关注。·1990年至1991年,奚志农作为中央电视台《动物世界》节目组的摄影师,先后进入滇南的大围山自然保护区和滇西北的独龙江拍摄野生动物。其作品多次获奖。·1992年至1g96年,六进白马雪山国家级自然保护区。首次拍摄到了国家一级保护动物、鲜为人知的滇金丝猴珍贵的骞外镜头。·1995年,奚志农为制止云南省德钦县对一百多平方公里的原始森林的商业采伐计划,在环保作家唐锡阳的帮助下致信国务委员宋健,并通过民间环保团体“自然之友”向社会发布滇金丝猴栖息地受到威胁的紧急消息,引起了各级政府的高度重视和国内外媒体的广泛关注,最终制止了德钦县的采伐计划。·1996年5月,奚志农应邀加盟中央电视台《东方时空》1997年底,他第一个深入青海可可西里报道”野牦牛队“保护藏羚羊的事迹,以及藏羚羊被大肆猎杀的危急状况。他所拍摄的影像在藏羚羊保护宣传活动中得到广泛应用,极大地促进了国内外公众对长江源头生态及藏羚羊保护的关注。
