2006年6月16日,中国首家以篆刻艺术研究和创作为核心的院体机构中国篆刻艺术院在中国艺术研究院成立。中国艺术研究院院长王文章、文化部教育科技司司长韩永进、人事司司长高树勋、中国艺术研究院副院长张庆善、高显莉、院长助理贾磊磊,以及来自全国各地的篆刻艺术团体、个人和相关单位的人士出席了成立典礼。西泠印社、日本谦慎书道会、日本书道会、西日本协会、韩国美术文化院、韩国《月刊书艺》杂志社等社会团体和个人均发来贺信及贺电。
June 16, 2006, China’s first carving art research and creation as the core of the body China Seal Cutting Academy of Art was established in China Academy of Art. Han Wenjin, director of the Department of Education, Science and Technology of the Ministry of Culture; Gao Shu-hsun, director of the personnel department; Zhang Qing-shan, Gao Xianli, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Arts; Jia Leilei, assistant to the president; and carving art groups from all over China, Individuals and related units attended the inauguration ceremony. Xiling Yinshe Society, Japan’s Modest Shokudo Society, Japanese Hokkaido Society, West Japan Society, Korean Academy of Fine Arts and Culture, Korea Monthly Magazine and other social organizations and individuals sent messages of congratulation and congratulatory messages.
