概述 氯氟烃(CFC,俗称氟利昂,包括R11、R12、R502等)以其优异的热工和安全性能,成为上个世纪压缩式制冷机的主要制冷工质。然而北极上空臭氧层空洞的发现,使人们认识到这一造福人类的CFC,同时具有破坏大气臭氧层的能力。为了避免大气臭氧层的破坏对人类环境带来的恶果,国际社会和各国政府都先后把CFC列入限制乃至最终禁止使用之列。我国已于1999年7月冻结了CFC的消费量,到2005年将削减50%,将于2010年全面停止生产和消费CFC和其它所有含消耗臭氧层物
Overview CFCs (CFCs, commonly known as Freons, including R11, R12, R502, etc.) have become the main refrigerants for compression chillers in the last century with their excellent thermal and safety performance. However, the discovery of the hole in the ozone layer over the Arctic has led to the recognition of this CFC that benefits mankind and its ability to destroy the atmospheric ozone layer. In order to avoid the detrimental effects on the human environment caused by the destruction of the atmospheric ozone layer, the international community and all governments have successively placed CFCs in the limit and eventually banned. My country froze CFC consumption in July 1999 and will cut by 50% by 2005 and will cease production and consumption of CFCs and all other ozone-depleting substances by 2010
