群众文化是社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分,在社会文化发展中具有导向与示范作用。加强其建设,不仅是提高广大人民群众科学文化素质,满足广大人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求的客观要求,也是维护社会稳定和构建和谐社会的重要手段。因此,要重视群众文化建设。但从当前群众文化建设的整体情况来看,重视度不够、人才不足等问题依然存在,这严重阻碍了群众文化事业的发展。鉴于此,本文针对当前群众文化建设中存在的问题,提出几点解决对策,以期促进群众文化事业的大繁荣大发展。
The mass culture is an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and plays a guiding and exemplary role in the social and cultural development. Strengthening its construction is not only an objective requirement for improving the scientific and cultural qualities of the general public and meeting the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the broad masses of the people, but also an important means of maintaining social stability and building a harmonious society. Therefore, we should attach importance to the building of mass culture. However, judging from the overall situation of mass cultural construction at present, problems such as insufficient attention and insufficient personnel still exist, which seriously hindered the development of mass cultural undertakings. In view of this, this article aims at the current problems in mass culture construction, puts forward some solutions, in order to promote the great prosperity of mass cultural undertakings.
