目的:探讨妇炎消冲剂抗炎、镇痛的药效作用。方法;小鼠(或大鼠)随机分组:空白对照组给1Og/1羧甲基纤维素,阳性对照组给阿司匹林(0.2 g/kg),高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组分别按 20 g/kg、10 g/kg、5 g/kg 3个剂量给妇炎消冲剂,各组n=1O。用巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀、塑料管致大鼠子宫肿胀、棉球肉芽肿等方法观察妇炎消冲剂的抗炎作用;扭体法、热板法观察妇炎消冲剂的镇痛作用,并测定致炎大鼠子宫前列腺素含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,各高剂量组(20 g/kg)和塑料管致大鼠子宫肿胀法、扭体法的中剂量组差异有显著性(P<0.O1);巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀、棉球肉芽肿、热板法等中剂量组差异有显著性(P<0.05);大鼠子宫前列腺素高、中、低剂量组差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。 结论:妇炎消冲剂具有显著抑制炎性组织增生、消除肿胀、抗炎镇痛的作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Fu Yan Xiao Chong. METHODS: Mice (or rats) were randomly divided into blank control group given 1Og/1 carboxymethyl cellulose, positive control group given aspirin (0.2 g/kg), high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group. Twenty g/kg, 10 g/kg, and 5 g/kg 3 doses of Fu Yan Xiao Chong respectively, each group n=1O. The anti-inflammatory effects of Fuyan Xiaochong agent were observed by using ear swelling induced by croton oil, swelling of rat’s uterus caused by plastic tube, and granuloma of cotton ball; the analgesic effect of Fuyan Xiaochong was observed by writhing and hot plate method. The uterine prostaglandin content in the inflammatory rat was measured. RESULTS: Compared with the blank control group, the high-dose group (20 g/kg) and the plastic tube induced rat uterine swelling method and writhing method were significantly different (P<0.O1); Croton oil caused Mouse ear swelling, cotton ball granulomatosis, hot plate method and other intermediate dose groups were significantly different (P <0.05); rat uterine prostaglandin high, medium and low dose group differences were significant (P <0 .01). Conclusion: Fuyan Xiaochong has the effect of significantly inhibiting inflammatory tissue proliferation, eliminating swelling, and preventing inflammation and analgesia.
