陶义训用高浓度尿素从血吸虫卵水溶性抗原(SEA)的废弃物中提出尿素溶解性抗原(JEU)。并证实其抗原活性和特异性均优于水溶性抗原。我们参照陶义训、黎世涛等方法加以改进,用高浓度尿素提取出斯氏狸殖吸虫溶解性抗原(PSAWU),用于皮内试验和ELISA检测吸虫病人抗体,同时作平行对照试验。 材料和方法
Tao Yi-xun Urea-soluble antigens (JEU) were proposed from the waste of the Schistosoma japonicum egg water-soluble antigen (SEA) using high concentrations of urea. And confirmed its antigen activity and specificity are better than water-soluble antigen. We refer to Tao Yixun, Li Shitao and other methods to be improved, with a high concentration of urea extracted extract of B. reesei Soluble Antigen (PSAWU), for in-skin test and ELISA for the detection of fluke patients, and for parallel control trials.
