我站于2014年建成了15号航空液压油高压流量标准装置。经测试,装置工作压力达到28MPa;流量范围为(0.01~5)m3/h;介质最高工作温度达80℃;装置不确定度优于0.1%(k=2)。装置中油箱作为容纳油品的容器,兼具散热、分离液体中气体和沉淀污物的功能。装置由于工作在高压状态,功率损耗大,因此对油箱排气、散热及过滤功能要求更高。本文结合液压知识
I stood in 2014 built 15 aviation hydraulic oil high pressure flow standard device.
