经中鼻甲通道进路在鼻内窥镜下直达蝶窦前壁处理孤立性蝶窦病变32例,随访6～36月,术后症状消失或改善,无并发症发生,2例复发后再次手术。此手术进路安全,术后易于清理窦腔。
32 cases of solitary sphenoid sinus disease were treated by the middle turbinate access through the anterior end of the sphenoid sinus under nasal endoscopy. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months. The symptoms disappeared or improved after operation, no complication occurred. Two patients relapsed and reoperated . This surgical approach safe, easy to clean the sinus cavity after surgery.
