对单向纤维增强复合材料纵向压缩强度 X_c 的预测是复合材料研究中细观力学的重要的容之一。道、罗森等人根据能量原理对 X_c 进行了估算。在他们采用的复合模型中,纤维具有矩形横载面,导出的关于 X_c 的一组两个公式,形式较为简单。本文引入圆形纤维载面,即考虑∈_m=∈_m(x,z),γ_m=Y_m(x,z)导出了相应的关于 X_c 的一组两个公式。理论上讲,导出的公式应当是更加接近实际。附录中计算了 E 玻璃/环氧树脂复合材料 X_c 的预测值,并将两组公式的曲线作了对比。
The prediction of the longitudinal compressive strength X_c of unidirectional fiber-reinforced composites is one of the important dimensions of the meso-mechanics in composite materials research. Road, Rosen et al. estimated X_c based on the energy principle. In the compound model they used, the fibers had rectangular cross-sections, and the derived set of two formulas for X_c was simpler. In this paper, a set of two formulas for X_c is derived by introducing a circular fiber carrier, that is, ∈_m=∈_m(x,z) and γ_m=Y_m(x,z). In theory, the derived formula should be closer to reality. The appendix calculates the predicted value of E glass/epoxy resin composite material X_c, and compares the curves of the two sets of formulas.
