这些年的工作实践,我们得出这样一个最基本的结论:思想观念新,一新则百新。为此,我们的档案事业要有更大的发展,就必须进一步更新思想观念,创新工作机制。
In these years of work practice, we come to such a basic conclusion: new ideas and new ones are new. For this reason, we must further update our ideological concepts and innovate our working mechanism if we have to make greater progress in our archival work.
