为了进一步提高测量固体P-V关系的压力和保证测量装置工作的可靠性,我们在文献[1]的基础上,经过进一步改进,建立了45kb内测量固体P-V关系的装置。它的最高工作压力可达50kb。它的特点是,第一、只采用单层保护(轴向加厚)而获得国际上同类型高压装置所具有的最高工作压力。第二、高压容器内高压的产生是通过从试样上下两端同时施加压力的方法,因此分布在样品上的压力梯度比较小。第三、采用了简便的圆筒导向装置,保证了容器工作的可靠性。第四、采用了精密的杠杆机构,能精确地测量出微小的体积变化。
In order to further improve the pressure measurement of the solid P-V relationship and to ensure the reliability of the operation of the measuring device, we have further improved the device based on the literature [1] and established a 45kb internal measurement of the solid P-V relationship. It is characterized by, firstly, obtaining the highest working pressure of the same type of high-pressure unit in the world, using only single-layer protection (axial thickening). Second, the generation of high pressure in the high pressure vessel is achieved by the simultaneous application of pressure from the upper and lower ends of the sample, so that the pressure gradient distributed over the sample is relatively small. Third, the use of a simple cylinder guide to ensure the reliability of the container work. Fourth, the use of sophisticated lever mechanism, can accurately measure the small volume changes.
