为创造育种和遗传研究的花生基础材料,开展了化学诱变研究。采用自行设计的处理方法成功地获得了超大果和小果突变体。大果、小果突变体及对照果长分别为5.822±0.051、3.640±0.032、4.530±0.053cm,果宽分别为1.746±0.032、1.425±0.032、1.675±0.026cm。用SASNPAR1WAY程序分析经Wilcoxon秩和检验,与原种相比,果形大小差异达显著水准。这些材料除具有育种上的价值之外,更重要的是预先排除了基因组中与目的基因不相干的很多区域,是定位、分离控制果形大小基因不可多得的好材料。
Chemical mutagenesis studies have been conducted to create groundnut-based materials for breeding and genetic research. The super-large fruit and small fruit mutant were successfully obtained by self-designed treatment. Large fruit, small fruit mutant and control fruit length were 5.822 ± 0.051,3.640 ± 0.032,4.530 ± 0.053cm, fruit width were 1.746 ± 0.032,1.425 ± 0.032,1.675 ± 0.026cm. Analysis by SASNPAR1WAY program Wilcoxon rank sum test, compared with the original, fruit size differences reached a significant level. In addition to the breeding value of these materials, it is even more important to preclude many regions of the genome that are not related to the target gene. It is an excellent material for locating and isolating genes that control fruit size.
