国土资源部关于印发《中央所得探矿权采矿权使用费和价款使用管理暂行办法》的通知 国土资发〔2002〕433号 各省、自治区、直辖市国土资源厅(国土环境资源厅、国土资源和房屋管理局、房屋土地资源管理局、规划和国土资源局)、各直属单位、部机关各司局: 为适应国家财政改革和部门预算管理的要求,规范和加强中央所得探矿权采矿权使用费和价款的预算管理,根据《探矿权采矿权使用费和价款管理办法》(财综字〔1999〕74号)及预算管理的有关规定,特制定《中央所得探矿权采矿权使用费和价款使用管理暂行办法》。现印发,请认真贯彻执行。 国土资源部 2002年12月30日
