王良田,山东省聊城人,生于1933年,1960年毕于北京体育学院。由于教育改革实验的需要,是年5月即提前分配到北京丰盛学校(后改为光明小学、现为北京自忠小学)任体育教师。他长期执教于小学,不因大学本科毕业而感到屈才,不因自已是“科班出身”,而满足已有的专业知识、技水,时事业孜孜以求,不断进取,默默奉献。他从“育人”出发,把向学生传授知识,培养能力和养成良好的作风与习惯紧密地结合起来;为了提高学校体育的整体效益,他正确地处理了普及与提高、教学与训练、课内与课外、体育与其它学科的关系,促进了学生的全面发展;他认真钻研教材、教法,不断提高教学质 Wang Liangtian, from Liaocheng, Shandong Province, was born in 1933 and completed his studies in Beijing Institute of Physical Education in 1960.
