食荚大菜豌是我场于1990年从四川引进的菜用豌豆品种,通过几年来的栽培试验和各地的引种反映,认为该品种具有成熟早、品质优、适应广、产量高等优点。它既可单作,更适宜在果、桑、茶、棉等作物田间套种,亩产量在1200公斤左右。由于鲜荚正值春菜淡季应市,加之荚大色绿的外形和香甜脆嫩的品质,倍受消费者喜爱,被誉为“特优蔬菜”,市场售价一直稳定在每公斤2~3元左右。
The pod big vegetable pea is a vegetable pea variety introduced from Sichuan in 1990. After several years of cultivation experiments and introduction of various places, it is considered that the pea variety has the characteristics of early maturity, good quality, wide adaptability and high yield. It can be single, more suitable for fruit, mulberry, tea, cotton and other crop interplanting, mu yield 1200 kg. As fresh pods spring season off-season should be the market, coupled with pod large green and crisp color appearance, much loved by consumers, known as the “premium vegetables”, the market price has been stable at 2 to 3 per kg Yuan or so.
