目的分析小剂量华法林治疗老年肺动脉血栓并下肢静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月—2017年2月收治的32例老年肺动脉血栓并下肢静脉血栓患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,给予对照组患者低分子肝素钠进行治疗,给予观察组患者小剂量华法林进行治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的出血率为6.2%,显著低于对照组的25.00%,死亡率为0.00%显著低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量华法林治疗老年肺动脉血栓并下肢静脉血栓的临床效果显著,在基层医院值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of low-dose warfarin in the treatment of pulmonary thrombosis in the elderly and venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. Methods 32 elderly patients with pulmonary thrombosis and venous thrombosis of the lower extremities admitted from February 2012 to February 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium. Patients in low-dose warfarin treatment, compared two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the bleeding rate of the observation group was 6.2%, significantly lower than that of the control group (25.00% , The mortality rate was 0.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (12.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The low-dose warfarin treatment of elderly pulmonary thrombosis and venous thrombosis of the clinical effect is significant, worth promoting in primary hospitals.
