国际竞争日益演化为跨国公司之间的实力较量。发展具有国际竞争力的大型企业集团,是我国应对入世的重要举措。我国要发展30~50家具有国际竞争力的大型企业集团,作为参与国际竞争的“国家队”。我国三大石油公司均列其中。标杆管理是追赶强者的艺术。三大石油公司着手“对标”,以国际大石油公司为参照,确定目标,认清差距,加快追赶的脚步。
International competition has increasingly evolved into a contest of power among transnational corporations. The development of a large enterprise group with international competitiveness is an important measure for our country to face WTO accession. China needs to develop 30-50 large-scale enterprise groups with international competitiveness as “national teams” participating in international competition. China’s three major oil companies are listed. Benchmarking is a catch-up art. The three major oil companies embarked on the “benchmarking” with the reference to international major oil companies to set targets, identify gaps and speed up the pace of catch-up.
