本文报道25种甾族激素(雌激素、孕激素、雄激素及类皮质激素等)用反相薄层层析法分离的结果。作者选用三种化学键合硅烷化硅胶(二甲基、辛基或十八烷基硅烷化硅胶)作固定相及5种含水的有机溶剂作移动相。以二甲基硅烷化硅胶作固定相时,用甲醇-水(1:1)及(2:1)作移动相的分离效果较用含等体积水的二氧六环、丙酮、四氢吡喃或乙腈为佳。于紫外254nm处检出的灵敏度为50~100ng/斑点,对雌激素则为1μg/斑
This article reports the results of the separation of 25 steroidal hormones (estrogen, progestin, androgens and corticoids, etc.) by reverse-phase thin-layer chromatography.
