本文通过大量计算和统计,找到了燃烧产物内四种次要成分分压随温度的变化规律。归纳为四个半经验公式用以直接计算四种成分的分压po_2、PQH、PNO和PH·从而使燃烧产物成分计算的迭代过程减少到1~2次。计算结果证明,一次计算能满足火药配方设计中燃烧产物成分计算的精度要求,二次计算结果很接近于准确值。
In this paper, through a large number of calculations and statistics, we found the variation law of the partial pressure of the four secondary components with the temperature in the combustion products. The four semi-empirical formulas are used to directly calculate the partial pressures po_2, pqh, pno, and ph of the four components so that the iterative process of calculating the composition of the combustion products can be reduced to 1 or 2 times. The calculation results show that the one-time calculation can meet the precision requirements of combustion product composition calculation in powder formula design. The second calculation result is very close to the accurate value.
