为了开发柞蚕雄蛾油的食用保健功能,对柞蚕雄蛾油的组成成分进行检测分析,并研究其对D-半乳糖致衰模型小鼠记忆力和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:柞蚕雄蛾油中不饱和脂肪酸的质量分数为78.86%,其中亚麻酸的质量分数为38.50%,还含有维生素E、胡萝卜素、磷脂和多种矿质元素;柞蚕雄蛾油高、中、低剂量灌胃组与衰老模型组(对照)比较,小鼠在水迷宫中的逃避潜伏时间均显著减少(P<0.01),穿越站台次数和站台象限航行时间均显著增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),小鼠跳台的潜伏时间显著增加(P<0.01或P<0.05),错误次数显著减少(P<0.01),小鼠肝脏的丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。试验结果提示,柞蚕雄蛾油是一种优质昆虫油脂,能明显改善D-半乳糖诱导致衰模型小鼠的学习、记忆功能,并能显著提高小鼠肝脏组织的抗氧化能力,因而具有较高的食用保健开发利用价值。
In order to develop the edible health function of male tussah oil, the composition of male tussah oil was tested and analyzed, and its effect on the memory and liver anti-oxidation ability of D-galactose-induced model mice was also studied. The results showed that the mass fraction of unsaturated fatty acid in the oil of male tussah was 78.86%, the content of linolenic acid was 38.50%, and the content of vitamin E, carotene, phospholipids and various mineral elements were also high. (P <0.01), while the number of crossing stations and platform quadrant sailing time were significantly increased (P <0.01 or (P <0.01 or P <0.05), the number of errors significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the content of malondialdehyde in liver decreased significantly (P <0.01 or P < 0.05). The test results suggest that the male tussah oil is a kind of high quality insect grease that can obviously improve the learning and memory function of mice induced by D-galactose and can significantly increase the anti-oxidation ability of mouse liver tissue, High edible health development and utilization value.
