聚合醇JLX是一种新型的泥浆处理剂 ,是协调钻井工程技术和环境保护之间矛盾的产物。现场应用表明 :聚合醇具有优异的防塌、润滑和保护油气层等特性。本文通过实验对聚合醇的作用机理进行了研究 :(1)聚合醇为一非离子型低分子聚合物 ,具有浊点效应。利用分光光度法研究了不同温度下聚合醇在粘土上的吸附特性。结果表明温度对聚合醇吸附量的影响最为显著 ,温度升高时吸附量增加 ,当温度超过其浊点温度时 ,聚合醇发生相分离 ,在粘土表面形成一层憎水膜 ,抑制粘土的水化膨胀 ,有利于防塌 ;在浊点以下温度在粘土上的吸附特性基本符合Langmuir型 ;而在浊点以上温度 ,随着浓度增加吸附量接近直线式增加。 (2 )测定了聚合醇泥浆滤液与煤油的界面张力 ,聚合醇的加入能降低油水界面张力 ,对保护油气层非常有利。 (3)聚合醇JLX的荧光级极低 ,不干扰地质录井 ,有利于发现油气层
Polymeric alcohol JLX is a new type of mud treatment agent that is a product of the conflict between drilling technology and environmental protection. Field applications show that: Polyol has excellent anti-collapse, lubrication and protection of oil and gas and other characteristics. In this paper, the mechanism of polymerization of alcohol was studied through experiments: (1) Polymerization alcohol is a non-ionic low molecular polymer with cloud point effect. The adsorption characteristics of polymerized alcohols on clay were studied by spectrophotometry at different temperatures. The results show that the temperature has the most significant effect on the adsorption capacity of the polymerized alcohols. When the temperature rises, the adsorption capacity increases. When the temperature exceeds the cloud point temperature, the polymer phase separates and forms a hydrophobic film on the clay surface, inhibiting the water of the clay In the temperature above the cloud point, the adsorption amount increases linearly with the increase of the concentration. (2) The interfacial tension between the filtrate and the kerosene of the polymerization alcohol mud was measured. The addition of polymer alcohol can reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water, which is very beneficial to the protection of oil and gas. (3) Polyol JLX has a very low fluorescence level and does not interfere with geological logging, which is conducive to the discovery of oil and gas layers
