目的 观察清营Ⅰ号对兔颈静脉血栓 (VT)形态学演变的影响。 方法 通过对兔颈VT模型进行分期论治及分组对比观察 ,就血栓机化程度、内皮细胞变化、炎性浸润程度进行同期观测。 结果 VT后 7d血栓与静脉壁粘连 ,内皮细胞脱落 ,炎性浸润严重。至 15d中央区血栓崩解 ,形成腔隙 ,表面内皮细胞部分覆盖 ,炎性浸润明显 ;治疗后 15d腔内血栓消失 ,内皮细胞修复 ,形态完整。治疗效果优于丹参组。 结论 清营Ⅰ号具有促进血栓机化 ,修复血管内皮细胞 ,改善血管炎变作用 ,且随着内皮细胞的修复 ,其功能得以改善。
Objective To observe the effect of Qingying I on the morphological evolution of rabbit jugular vein thrombosis (VT). Methods The rabbit cervix VT model was divided into stages for treatment and group comparison observation. The degree of thrombosis, endothelium changes, and inflammatory infiltration were observed at the same time. Results The thrombus and vein wall adhered 7 days after VT, endothelial cells were detached, and inflammatory infiltration was severe. At the 15th day, the thrombus was disintegrated in the central area and a lacunar was formed. The surface endothelial cells partially covered and the inflammatory infiltrate was obvious. The thrombus disappeared within 15 days after treatment, and the endothelial cells were repaired and the morphology was complete. The effect of treatment is better than Salvia miltiorrhiza group. Conclusion Qingying I has the function of promoting thrombosis, repairing vascular endothelial cells, and improving vascular inflammation. With the repair of endothelial cells, its function is improved.
