张力性骨牵引弓是骨科最常用的器械，对骨折的治疗、护理起着非常重要的作用，但长期存在着一个困扰医务人员的棘手问题：即张力性骨牵引弓在骨牵引过程中可能出现从克氏针上突然脱落的现象，给骨牵引治疗中的患者再次造成伤痛，甚至造成骨折的再次移位，以致引起一些不必要的?
Tension traction bow is the most commonly used instrument in orthopaedics and plays an important role in the treatment and care of fractures. However, there is a long-standing problem that plagues medical personnel: that is, tension traction bow may appear during bone traction. The sudden loss of the Kirschner wire causes pain to the patient in the treatment of bone traction, and even causes the fracture to shift again, causing unnecessary causes.
