随着我国人民生活水平的提高,肥胖症已成为值得重视的问题。在众多的减肥中,越来越多的“小胖子”更令人担忧。 肥胖臃肿、笨拙缓慢的体态和动作会使小儿产生自卑,影响健康成长。资料表明重度肥胖儿可因心脏负担过重而导致脑供血不足,出现嗜睡、健忘症状,而且智商也较正常儿童低。肥胖儿成年后,高血压、糖尿病、胆结石的发生率要比正常儿童高。 防止肥胖无外乎三个办法:节食、运动和药物减肥。儿童处于生长发育阶段,因此前两种最为合适。 据资料反映,肥胖的主要原因之一在于晚餐过于丰盛。白天活动量较大,消耗也多,而晚上则活动较少,如果吃得过多,必然导致脂肪堆积,所以晚餐一定要少吃。 其次,在营养充足的前提下,应少摄入高脂、高糖、油腻的食品,同时杜绝零食。蛋白质的摄入应占热量的30%左右,才能保证儿童生长发育。鱼类、纤维素、蔬菜、水果是
