对４４例ＭＤＳ中的ＲＡＥＢ、ＲＡＥＢ一ｔ两型患者首发病时临床表现和预后观察。结果表明：发病年龄以２０～６０岁组高。贫血为百分之百的首发表现。出血情况与血小板计数减少的程度呈正比．发热与白细胞减少无直接关系。有胸骨压痛的患者并非一定转化为急性白血病。诱导治疗不能延长转化为白血病的时间。死亡的主要原因是严重感染。
The clinical manifestations and prognosis of the first episode of RAEB and RAEB-t in 44 MDS patients were observed. The results showed that: the age of onset of 20 to 60-year-old group. Anemia is the starting performance of one hundred percent. The bleeding is proportional to the reduction in platelet count. No direct relationship between fever and leukopenia. Patients with sternal tenderness do not necessarily convert to acute leukemia. Induction therapy can not prolong the time of conversion to leukemia. The main cause of death is severe infection.
