叶圣陶先生曾经说过,“教师的教要致力于导”。也就是告诉我们这样一个教学原则:施教之功,重在引导。“引导”一词试看简单,老师不难懂,也不难接受。但是在教学实践之中,什么是引导,怎样引导,如果能将“导”用在实处,能解决教学中重点、难点,似乎还不是一个简单问题。作文教学重在指导,通过指导,我们才能挑动学生写作欲望,才能诱导学生选材,使学生懂得谋篇布局,遣词造句。
Mr. Ye Shengtao once said, “Teachers’ teaching is devoted to guide.” That is to tell us such a teaching principle: the power of teaching, focusing on guiding. “Guide ” Try the simple word, the teacher is not difficult to understand, is not difficult to accept. However, in teaching practice, what is guidance and how to guide it? If it can be used in practice, it can not solve the key and difficult problems in teaching. It does not seem to be a simple problem either. Writing teaching focuses on guidance, through the guidance, we can stir the students desire for writing in order to induce students to material selection, so that students know how to layout, the words made sentences.
