通过不同施磷水平处理的盆栽试验,测定了15 个油菜品种的地上部、地下部干重和植株总磷含量,并对参试品种进行了耐低磷能力评价。试验结果表明:油菜耐低磷能力存在基因型的差异,通过研究低磷条件下植株生理变化来进行耐低磷油菜品种的筛选是可行的。
Pot experiments were conducted to determine the above-ground parts, dry weight of the underground parts and total phosphorus content of 15 rapeseed cultivars, and their tolerance to low-phosphorus was evaluated. The results showed that there was genotype differences in rape tolerance to low phosphorus tolerance. Screening of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cultivars was feasible by studying physiological changes under low phosphorus conditions.
