了解北京市顺义区苯接触作业人员健康状况及工伤发生情况,探讨其影响因素。用按企业规模分层抽样的方法,随机抽取53家涉苯企业在岗职业接触苯的作业人员共1 128名为调查对象,并对其职业健康检查结果进行分析。结果显示,苯接触作业人员血细胞减少率为3.7%(42/1 128),其中主要为白细胞减少和中性粒细胞减少。有24人发生不同程度的工伤,主要为物体打击8人(33.3%),机械伤害7人(29.7%)等。提示,该区苯接触作业人员存在部分血细胞减少,应重点关注;但机体存在的其他健康问题亦不容忽视。
To understand the health status of workers exposed to benzene in Shunyi District of Beijing and the incidence of injuries, to explore the influencing factors. Using stratified sampling according to the scale of enterprises, a total of 1 128 workers from 53 benzene-exposed workers exposed to benzene on job-to-job occupations were randomly selected as the survey subjects and their occupational health examination results were analyzed. The results showed that benzene workers exposed to the work of the rate of cytopenia was 3.7% (42/1 128), of which the main leukopenia and neutropenia. There were 24 workers who suffered different degrees of work-related injuries, mainly fighting 8 people (33.3%) and 7 people (29.7%) with mechanical injuries. Tip, benzene exposure workers in the area there is some blood cells decreased, should focus on; but there are other health problems that can not be ignored.
