随着我国老龄化人口程度的不断增加,多层次养老保障体系中的企业年金制度显得格外重要。最近几年我国企业年金和基金规模的不断扩大,如何进入资本市场以及进行投资管理和保值增值是首要解决的难题。本文根据我国最近几年的企业年金投资运营的情况进行分析并同时加强投资管理,同时对企业年金运营效率的提高这一问题提出了相对应的建议。
With the increasing population of our country’s aging population, the enterprise annuity system in the multi-level old-age security system is especially important. In recent years, China’s enterprise annuity and fund size continues to expand, how to enter the capital market and investment management and preservation and increased value is the primary problem to be solved. Based on the situation of the enterprise annuity investment and operation in our country in recent years, this article analyzes and at the same time strengthens the investment management. At the same time, it puts forward the corresponding suggestion to the problem of the improvement of the enterprise annuity operation efficiency.
