目的:定性分析山西省贫困地区卫生服务缺失表现、原因及对策。方法:对临县、左权县、太谷县、曲沃县各级人员进行专题小组讨论,收集资料。结果:详细叙述了山西省贫困地区卫生服务缺失的表现、原因及解决对策。结论:两类地区间卫生服务缺失情况相似;必须采取综合措施才能有效解决贫困地区卫生服务缺失问题。
Objective: To qualitatively analyze the performance, reason and countermeasure of health service in poor areas in Shanxi Province. Methods: We conducted panel discussions on all levels of staff in Linxian County, Zuoquan County, Taigu County and Quwo County to collect information. Results: The article described in detail the manifestations, causes and solutions of the lack of health services in poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi Province. Conclusion: The lack of health services is similar between the two types of regions; comprehensive measures must be taken to effectively address the lack of health services in poor areas.
