提高小高炉生铁质量主要有两方面内容:一是提高生铁合格率;一是生铁牌号上升。本文试图结合本厂生产实践,对有关提高生铁质量问题进行某些探讨,分述如下:一、关于提高生铁合格率目前,小高炉生铁出格,绝大部份是因硫出格。因此,提高生铁合格率的关键就是解决硫的问题,其它元素的含量,则较易达到要求。按照国家规定标准,铸造生铁中,硫含量最高不得超过0.06%(Z20以上S≤0.05%)。所以,脱硫是高炉生产优质生铁的首要问题。根据原料分析,生铁中硫主要来自矿石(烧结矿)、焦炭、熔剂、(在使用喷吹燃料时,也来自喷吹燃料)。根据我厂原料的情况:焦炭的含硫量为1.2~1.5%,烧结矿中硫为0.05~0.1%,炉料带入的硫最多的是
