目的:评价新型控释性可注射牙槽骨修复材料在实验动物牙周缺损区缓释四环素的性能。方法:选用15只雄性健康杂交犬,在双侧上颌尖牙近中牙槽骨处制作三壁骨内袋缺损,分别随机将含1%、5%、10%四环素(TTC)的不饱和聚磷酸酯/β-磷酸三钙复合物(UPPE/β-TCP)直接注射入其中一侧的牙槽骨缺损区内(UPPE/β-TCP/TTC(1%)组、UPPE/β-TCP/TTC(5%)组和UPPE/β-TCP/TTC(10%)组)。于术后第3、7、14 d用滤纸提取术区的龈沟液,使用高效液相色谱法测定各组TTC的含量,对实验结果进行单因素方差分析和组间多重比较。结果:在第3、7、14 d时,三组的龈沟液TTC浓度均高于抑制牙周主要致病菌所需要的TTC最低抑菌浓度,在第7 d和第14 d时各组材料缓释四环素量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:含1%TTC的新型控释性可注射牙槽骨修复材料UPPE/β-TCP复合物在实验动物体内有较好的药物缓释性能,能够有效地抑制牙周致病菌,防止牙周炎的复发。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the delayed release of tetracycline in a controlled release alveolar bone repair material in the periodontal defect in experimental animals. Methods: Fifteen male healthy crossbred dogs were used to make the three-wall intraosseous defect in the bilateral maxillary canine near-mid-alveolar bone. Randomly mixed with 1%, 5%, 10% tetracycline (TTC) The UPPE / β-TCP / TTC (1%) group and the UPPE / β-TCP / TFP group were directly injected into one side of the alveolar bone defect area (UPPE / TTC (5%) group and UPPE / β-TCP / TTC (10%) group). Results: At the 3rd, 7th and 14th d, the concentrations of TTC in gingival crevicular fluid of all three groups were higher than those of TTC, which were the main pathogenic bacteria in periodontal disease. At the 7th and the 14th days, There was no significant difference in the amount of tetracycline sustained release (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: UPPE / β-TCP complex, a new controlled release alveolar bone repair material containing 1% TTC, has good drug release properties in experimental animals and can effectively inhibit periodontal pathogens and prevent teeth Week inflammation of the recurrence.
