碱-骨料反应是影响混凝土耐久性的主要因素之一。正确判定骨料的碱活性是防治碱骨料反应的重要步骤。对安阳地区配制高性能混凝土所采用的粗细骨料进行了岩相法测试,得出含有碱硅活性成分。采用快速砂浆棒法,得出砂浆棒的膨胀率大于规定值,判定其为碱硅活性集料。对该地区选择粗细骨料提供参考依据,也为进一步采取抑制碱-集料反应措施提供依据。
Alkali-aggregate reaction is one of the main factors affecting the durability of concrete. Correctly determine the alkali activity of the aggregate is an important step in the prevention and treatment of alkali aggregate reaction. The coarse and fine aggregates used in the preparation of high performance concrete in Anyang area were tested by the lithofacies method, and the active components containing alkali soda were obtained. The rapid mortar bar method was used to find that the expansion rate of mortar rods was greater than the specified value, which was judged to be the alkali-silicon active aggregate. Provide a reference basis for the selection of coarse and fine aggregate in this area and also provide evidence for further inhibition of alkali-aggregate reaction measures.
