以橡胶树(Hevea brasiliensis)‘热研7-33-97’和杂交种杂交种B1(H.brasiliensis×H. nitida)的细胞悬浮系为材料,用目测打分和生物量鲜重作为评判指标,进行KT(X1)、2,4-D(X2)、NAA(X3)3因素各12个水平以及肌醇(X4)、L-天冬酰胺(Asn)(X5)、水解酪蛋白(CH)(X6)3因素各6个水平的混合水平均匀设计的结果表明,目测法作为评判细胞生长状况的指标含量优于生物量法,KT、2,4-D和NAA浓度对橡胶树细胞悬浮培养影响较大,用时应该适当保证KT浓度,降低2,4-D含量并提高NAA用量,肌醇、Asn和CH对细胞生长有一定作用,肌醇和Asn能维持细胞的良好生长,抑制细胞生物量的过快增长,Asn作用强于肌醇,CH对细胞生物量的增长有促进作用。
