我厂在用熔模铸造法生产薄壁环形铸件时,蜡模组装工艺曾沿用焊接法。因为强度不足、工艺出品率低、另件组装位置不合铸件组织要求等原因,一直不能稳定生产。经过多次试验,摸索出一种模组“串装法”,解决了生产问题,采用该法既增加了模组整体强度、又大大提高了工艺出品率。不但操作方便,也有利于提高铸件质量。这样,就实现了该类另件装配规格化,标准化。现在,我厂已将串装法工艺推广应用到其他类型的另件模组装配上,取得了同样好的效果。
